Do you love a to-do list or does it create a sense of guilt?
We all have to-do lists whether they are listed in our heads or written on paper. There is always a check list of things we need to do, as home owners, parents, business owners the lists are endless. They can be a good thing, especially if you love a good list like my sister but if you're more like me and a list that doesn't get finished brings guilt and anxiety, then we need to find another way.

Ditch the to-do ditch the guilt
Let's face it to-do lists can basically be never ending our whole life is one long to-do list. But what's important is why you want to do something and how you can most effectively do that thing. Sometimes a to-do list just creates guilt and overwhelm. SO today we'll look at an alternative way of getting stuff done.
In today's show, we will be discussing ...
- Guilt with a little story time
- Breaking down your to-do's into actionable (achievable) steps
- Getting realistic with how much time things truly take
- Working on just three things
